Our Story
Tech Solutions was founded in 2008 by Michael Chen and Rebecca Thompson, two computer engineering graduates with a passion for technology and problem-solving. What began as a small repair shop in Sydney's western suburbs has grown into one of Australia's most trusted computer repair networks.
In our early days, we specialized in fixing personal computers for local residents. Our reputation for honest assessments, fair pricing, and quality repairs helped us expand rapidly. By 2012, we had opened our second location in Melbourne, and we've been growing steadily ever since.
